Racimo De Uva Collection
Racimo de Uva Tempranillo Garnacha Tinto

Cherry red with garnet and violet tones; clean and bright. Nose: fine and elegant aromas, with notes of ripe red fruitson a floral background. Fresh, flavoursome and very full in the mouth, with friendly tannins and an elegant finish.

 

Serving temperature: 16-18 ºC.

Pairing: oily fish, roast dishes, white meats and sausages cooked on the grill.

 

Macerated and fermented in stainless steel tanks for eight days at a temperature of 26-28ºC.

Racimo de Uva Rosado Tempranillo

Raspberry red with violet tones; clean and bright. Strong aromas with notes of red fruits layered on fresh and pleasant floral sensations. Fresh and flavoursome on the palate, with a cheerful, well-integrated acidity; fleshy and generous in its passage leaving a wonderful finish.

 

Serving temperature: 5-8 ºC.

Pairing: starters, rice dishes, pasta, oily fish and white meats.

Racimo de Uva Macabeo Blanco

Pale yellow hue with hints of green; clean and bright. Clean and aromatic in the nose, with floral tones and notes of fresh fruit. On the palate it is well-balanced with a fresh, lively acidity. Retronasally, it presents a further suggestion of fruitiness.

 

Serving temperature: 5-8 ºC.

Pairing: starters, lightly cooked white fish, and shellfish.
