Cherry red with garnet and violet tones; clean and bright. Nose: fine and elegant aromas, with notes of ripe red fruitson a floral background. Fresh, flavoursome and very full in the mouth, with friendly tannins and an elegant finish.
Serving temperature: 16-18 ºC.
Pairing: oily fish, roast dishes, white meats and sausages cooked on the grill.
Macerated and fermented in stainless steel tanks for eight days at a temperature of 26-28ºC.
